Hello! I am the founder of The Engineering Managers.

As an engineer, I spent years understanding the technical side of how things work—from quality planning (APQP) to data analysis. However, I realized that to truly succeed in the corporate world, technical skills alone aren't enough. You need management vision.

Currently pursuing my MBA, I created this platform to help engineering students, freshers, and early-career professionals navigate the complex transition from "Campus to Corporate."
